Creating of Residence E-Office
Describe the problem that you want to address. How does this problem effect people in their daily lives?

One of the main problems of administrative servicing in Ivano-Frankivsk (center of West Ukrainian region) is inefficient system of giving documentations and its processing.

It is shown by necessity for residences of repeated and personal visiting of local Administrative Service Center, waiting in queue, unknowing of administrative procedures, long time waste of time for responses and other.

As a results inhabitances losing to much time and money.

Describe your proposed solution – How does your approach build on or add to more traditional ways of dealing with problem?

The aim of this project is to improve public services by local governments and interaction between local bodies, businesses and citizens, to ensure the development of e-democracy through the creation of Residence E-Office. With this service, citizens can submit electronic requests and appeals, view answers, order services electronically, obtain results and information services, recorded on admission, receive free electronic keys for identification, which further helps to solve many problems online.

Also special mobile application will be created.

Which technologies are you planning to use and why? Please make reference to other similar uses of your proposed technology.

Next technologies will be used for project realization:

- introduction of specialized web portal and mobile application for residents to access services;
- development of application software;
- creating of certification of electronic keys center to control and issuance of electronic keys for residences;
- management of database system.

The results and experience of realization of this project could be used for similar e-products in sectors  or municipal services and social supports.
